My Testimony

SARAH FAITH FOUNDATION was founded by D.S.S. JOSHUA. I was born to Sarah and Daniel. I am the first born of my parents. I married Grace Mary Joy, the first daughter of a pastor Joshua. God has blessed me with two daughters, Shekina Smily, Crown Shiny.

My mother was a head nurse in government hospital Bapatla. She was very prayerful. She used to pray for the patients while treating them. Especially she was moved to see the conditions of HIV and AIDS patients. She also used to think a lot about the future of their children. She used to remember them in our family prayers. God has showed her a verse from the Bible. Cast your cares on the LORD and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken - Psalm 55:22.

She had a burden for these type of children because, she knew very well how the society cares for these type of patients and their children. Even if an AIDS affected father has a desire to look after his child, the wife does not support him vice versa with the family members. If both the parents have got affected with HIV, AIDS, the society does not accept these children to mingle with other children. If these children are given a different platform to live freely and happily, both the parents and the children are in the safe zone physically both of them live comfortable. Ever the life span of the AIDS affected patients also can be extended.

My mother used to share all these things with me; unfortunately she rested in peace in 2007 Sep.29 by leaving the responsibility on my shoulders. She also advised me to start a home for the Destitute even if I have to face problems and blames. She advised me to go ahead by relying unto God with Faith.

She also warned me about my kids, if I commit a mistake, it will affect my kids. She also told me whatever I do; I have to do it faithfully in accordance with the will of God. He will provide in His time abundantly. Initially I established SARAH FAITH FOUNDATION on 29, Oct, 2007 with my mother’s pension money by taking care of the children of AIDS patients of A.P.

All the children will be provided food, shelter, clothing and education in the premises itself. The orphanage strives to transform the lives of vulnerable children through education and holistic development. SARAH FAITH FOUNDATION is a non-religious organization and embraces all the children who need support and care.

We invite people who share our vision to support us in creating a future where the under privileged children can live with dignity and respect. We need more helping hands to fight child labor, trafficking, mal nutrition and disease.
